I thought it was a motor but after listening to the video I am not sure. It sounded like the power was cutting off. I used the same parts from the last drone that fell from the sky so maybe the same component failed. I will probably never know. If you have any ideas what could have caused it please let me know.
While troubleshooting I found a bad connector, but during testing I confirmed it was indeed a bad motor.
At this point I am not sure what I'm going to do. I kind of realized if I'm going to start from scratch, it may be fun to just replace the motor and fly her until she crashes and self-destructs. These are the same parts from a different frame that literally fell out of the sky from 200 feet for no apparent reason. Never completely figured out what happened. If I don't trust the parts and plan on replacing them, I may as well have fun destroying them.
Yes, I built it myself. Just a side note, while inspecting that connector more thoroughly, the piece that looks slightly charred simply fell off. That was a factory issue unless the ESC is bad and caused it to burn out which I doubt. I will replace the ESC as well as the bad motor.
thank you. I'm pretty sure the problem turned out to be the battery. It felt like Jell-O but I did not realize this until I bought a new one which was hard as a rock. When the battery would drain after about 10 minutes, that is when I always ran into problems.
No problem Battery is significant because it is the one who runs the mechanism make sure that you will always check it or replace it when you find that it is defect.
