I had a new Phantom 4 malfunction and fly away... I purchased it from DSLR PROS and their response was "yea DJI is the worst company ever to deal with, good luck"... I didn't give my money to DJI I gave it to DSLR PROS, but never again !!! Sales guy Chad promised to help, he sent DJI 2 emails then bailed... manager Clint would never speak with me !!! Buyer Beware !!!
