Stay in touch when you're sailing, if you can? You never know, I might be working somewhere near to one of your stops at the time?
Where's Mystery now?! The first video is just because it's cool and I'm pretty sure everyone here likes flying. The second one is where I've been. -Dying from the heat!! 100F/37C too hot for this guy!
Is that where you live? It is a very beautiful place! Do they mind that you fly over the school and the police building? They are very strict about those things here.
Yup, that's near where I live and very near where I used to work! I'm still trying to get over the "shock" of retirement! Never got any harassment from the police, many of them (State Police as well as Sheriff) have drones too. A few weeks ago the Police were looking for someone operating a drone near this area, a suspect was using a drone to 'scout out' neighborhoods to see who was not home and then burglarize homes while people were at work! A friend of mine was flying his Phantom 3 Standard in that neighborhood where the Police were looking. He was worried, but I told him the DJI Go App will let the Officers know where and when he was flying! He was relieved that this would prove his innocence!
That's nice. I visited a construction site for a power station yesterday. I've been going every month for two and a half years, but now there are only 4 visits left. It's amazing to see it nearly finished, but I'm quite sad about it coming to an end at the same time.
I mean the project is scheduled to be finished by the end of November, the plant will be open for business, so they won't need me to visit anymore to record their progress.
But you could always fly for recreational purposes. And that it's fun and interesting! They do not allow flights over power plants here in the States.
It's true, but not there. Don't get much time during Summer for recreation though anyway, it's the busiest time of year for aerial drone photography and video work.
And the classic "I'm not leaving!" Flying my DJI Inspire 1 Drone over Rolling Mill in Cumberland, Maryland. The Rolling Mill area is hotly contested "imminent domain" territory in Cumberland, Maryland! (United States)
I wouldn't want to fly over all those roads with cars driving underneath, even though they're not major highways, and definitely not the parking lot with people milling around. It's quite a big drone to fall on someone's head if it fails.
Yes, I know, it's not safe to fly over cars, and people. Why I chose to fly at this point in time, very low density. As always, I never fly over concentrations of people or busy streets! A seven pound (3.17 Kilogram) Inspire 1 falling 400 feet (121 meters).... The approximate total force generated is 2807 pounds (1273 kilograms)! This force exceeds ANSI standards. You must reduce your force to less than 1800 lbs (816 kilograms) Thank you for the concern. Let's all be safe, let's keep drone flying safe for all!
First Day of Schoo! Are you ready? Well, as most projects go, the school isn't.... Go figure! At least I'm back to flying!
