Hello everyone, i'm new here, I've got a Phantom 1 since 2 years now I bought a 2 axis chinese brushless gimbal. But recently I changed my board to an 32 bit 3 axis board (i'm not sure if it is an basecam or a chinese one) I decided to buy a third motor to add the yaw axis. Today everything is connected together but the third motor doesn't receive any instructions from the board. (I'm sure that the motor is working well I checked that before). I tried to solve the problem in the bcg GUI but on the Yaw motor output I can only choose Yaw ext.board. I did some research and I found that you need an external board for the Yaw axis and the 8bit tiny board. I'm sure there is a solution, maybe plug the board to the naza controller for the yaw ? Or set the board to handle the yaw ? But I didn't find any problem like this on internet .. I really need help ! Thank you ! Terspy
The naza doesn't work for brushless motor gimbals, only old style servos, and even then only the tilt and roll axis.
Thanks for the reply I saw on the internet that other gimbal with three axis works well with my type of card Why my motor doesn't receive any power or doesn't move ? This is the type of gimbal I saw :http://fr.aliexpress.com/item/CNC-F..._6&btsid=7219cdc3-3a1d-42c8-a7ff-380fe1137ff7 Thanks
Have you tried swapping motors around? I think genuine 32 bit alexmos board is better, or a dji gopro zenmuse if you can afford it? Or perhaps a 3 axis arris gimbal?
Yes, all the motors are working ... But this isn't the same price .. This should work right ? I don't understand .. I found a link to the board : http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/Storm32-BGC-3-Axis-Brushless-Gimbal-Controller-STM32-MOSFET-VERSION/1291582_32507548966.html Help please Thanks
I dont know everything seems to work fine... Can I plug another accelerometer anywhere eslse to simulate the yaw axis extension board that is required by bcg ?
I don't know about adding accelerometer, don't think that will work, if it was me I would just get a genuine all in one 3 axis alexmos/basecam board if I couldn't afford something better.
Not sure about the best price, but I would probably go for one direct from the website: https://www.basecamelectronics.com/store/
