Here's the one and only flight I used the fabled "Range Extender" on. Range was actually REDUCED using that thing!
its nice to see your channel grow I'll try to leave more comments on Youtube, part of being supportive towards Drone Minds community!
Saw a reply from DroneMinds and wasn't sure if that was from you or Jonathan. Thanks for the support! I appreciate it.
Where's Mystery been?! He hasn't posted much recently. Here's what he's been up to! And yes, sadly, Droneless for nearly a month! Suffering from withdraw. Can't you tell?!
did you have the camera on vivid settings? wonder if you used settings in the app or post-production editing? the trees look great especially when flying slower, the pictures must look amazing.
Thanks for the compliment! I used a Polarizing Filter to make the colors really "pop". (Same one I use on my Osmo) Had to mess with the brightness some in post-production.
oh yeah I remember watching this video ages ago! You can tell polarizing filter helps. I use ND4 for Phantom4 and that's good for all-weather.
On some of my super-bright videos I have even used the ND8 Filter! But most of the time, the ND4 is all that is needed. When the leaves on the trees start changing colors, that's the perfect time to break out the Polarizer!
TAKE NOTE! The Takeoff and Landing VTOL Spots are not the same! I did not launch with a full battery. Thought I could return to the same LZ with 11 percent battery. Well, the Inspire 1 began it's auto-descent at 10% ! I had to quickly look for a safe place to land! As you can see in the video, the Inspire 1 had safely landed! -And as shown by this 4k video, was safely recovered.
