Thruscross Reservoir with the DJI Phantom 4

One flight, casting long shadows on the pine trees was the sun, an hour away from setting over the horizon.
It was a race against the sun to catch the last of its warm tones.
The video might not give away the excitement, but the Thruscross Reservoir is spectacular.

You can take a circular walk around it and there are three more reservoirs in the Washburn valley. Hope to visit them again soon for more aerial videos.
