all your fault Jonathan lol.. thanks for the reply and I am bursting to get my first footage down, just cant find any safe places as I am too close to the airport and we have a heavy helicopter traffic, just not worth the risk.. I will be visiting our farms around July and we have some interesting islands, I am close to the survivor series and that is a heritage site and has lots of nice areas to film...

I'm new to the board and have been flying a P3P for over a year and just added a P4 to the fleet. Looking forward to many great conversations on here. I have a website (dronevalley.com) for drone parts and accessories and will be posting videos here that I have taken with the drones.

 

Hello, A couple of months ago I got a cheap Syma drone, then another, and now the Phantom 3 Advanced. All I can say is holy s%*t, I think I will be spending a lot of money and time doing this. Honestly, it has consumed me. I've got the bug. This was the last video I shot of the homes in Pacifica, Ca. that are sliding off a cliff into the ocean.

I am new as well. I look at these drones as not only fun as hell to fly, but a great new tool towards my video and photography hobby.
