Have noticed that since I got my Inspire 1, that the flight time has greatly been reduced.

At first, I could easily have 12 to 13 minute flights. But now, I can barely go over six minutes of flight time before hitting 10% Critically Low Battery!

Was wondering if this was due to the battery's age, the number or recharges, the colder temperatures, or is it in the firmware?

It is time to change your battery all you've mention are the factors considering your battery is now defective.

Guess now the question is, do I sink money into a new Inspire Battery, or use those funds towards a Mavic Pro? (Or maybe an Inspire 2 ?!)

    Inspire 1 TB48 Batteries are about $200 (£156) that's a fair amount of change!

Could use that towards a new bird....
Yeah, just saw the specs on the new Mavic 2. Much better price than the Inspire 2 !
